Dodge Data & Analytics Agrees to Sale of Architectural Record, Engineering News-Record, and SNAP to BNP Media

Dodge Data & Analytics LLC (“Dodge”) (http://construction.com/) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its industry-leading brands Architectural Record, Engineering News-Record (ENR), and SNAP to BNP Media. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close at the end of June, were not disclosed.
